You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear

Return Shipping Cost

We offer free returns for all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided via email. No restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

Refund Timing

Once your return is delivered to our facility, we will inspect the item and initiate your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (the same credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the purchase). Your financial institution may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Partial Refunds

May apply if an item is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
